On Long Island, NY, yes — we offer full ongoing maintenance. Everywhere else, I monitor your tank’s water remotely through its controller, contact you if anything drifts, and can fix many issues remotely. For hands-on maintenance, I’ll connect you with a trusted local service company.

Your tank’s controller alerts me when something drifts, like temperature or pH. When that happens, I contact you to confirm before making any changes — unless we’ve already agreed I should act immediately, in which case I’ll fix what I can remotely and update you. If the fix needs hands-on work, I’ll walk you through exactly what to do, step by step. Anything covered by your 12-month workmanship warranty is handled at no charge.
